📍 Pickup in Wollongong
Each Crafta piece is made in our Wollongong studio with care and precision. As a small workshop, we build to order based on your chosen materials and size. Typical lead time is between 1 and 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your piece and current orders in the queue. We’ll keep you updated along the way — from timber selection to weaving and final finishing — so you always know how your piece is progressing. If you have a specific delivery timeframe in mind, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We offer both pickup from our Wollongong studio and delivery across Australia. For local orders, we may personally deliver your piece where possible. For orders requiring freight, we work with trusted carriers and provide careful packaging to ensure safe arrival. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Because each piece is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns for a change of mind. However, if anything arrives damaged or isn’t as expected, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to love your piece for years to come.
Your Crafta furniture is made to last, but like all handcrafted timber pieces, it benefits from a little care. To keep your Danish cord looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or damp areas. Gently dust with a soft cloth and use a slightly damp cloth to spot clean when needed — no harsh chemicals or scrubbing. Timber can be wiped down with a clean dry cloth or lightly oiled over time if desired. If you ever need tips on upkeep or repair, we’re always happy to help.
