Shipping policy

We’re a small workshop in Wollongong. Because our furniture is solid timber and hand-woven, it’s heavy, so shipping costs vary widely depending on where you are. We keep it simple: you can either pick it up from us for free, or we’ll find you the best delivery quote we can.

1. Free Local Pickup

If you're near Wollongong, you’re welcome to collect your order from our Cordeaux Heights workshop. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we’ll be in touch to find a time that works for you.

2. Shipping Quotes

For everywhere else, we find a specific quote for your address so we don't end up overcharging you with a flat rate.

How it works:

  1. Select the "Local Shipping" option at checkout. This will show as $0.00 in your cart.
  2. Within 24 hours, we’ll email you a separate invoice with the best freight price we can find for your location.
  3. If the quote is higher than you expected, we’ll happily refund your order in full immediately. Otherwise, once the shipping invoice is paid, we'll get your piece on its way.

Lead Times & Access

Most of our pieces are made to order, so shipping times are in addition to the build times listed on the product page. If an item is in stock, we’ll have it out the door within 2–5 business days.

If your place has tricky access, like stairs, a steep driveway, or no lift, please let us know in the order notes. It helps us make sure the courier sends an extra pair of hands so everything arrives safely.
